No, what Gothart does is not folklore. The genre the band is devoted to is what experts call WORLD MUSIC.
Why?
Gothart members never used to listen to the Balkan music as children. They were growing up with songs by Ivan Mládek, Michal Tučný and (by compulsion) Karel Gott. A positive change, don't you think so?
